A BIT ABOUT MYSELF

I began my yoga journey in 2011 and rediscovered my passion for the practice in 2014 while living in New York. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Dublin in 2018 and went on to deepen my studies with a 300-hour advanced training in Himalayan Kundalini Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
My teaching is grounded in the belief that mental and physical well-being are deeply interconnected. I take a holistic approach, blending asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra, and meditation to support students both on and off the mat.
With a deep commitment to Human and Women’s Rights, I see yoga and meditation as tools for cultivating inner peace, resilience, and meaningful change in the world. My classes offer a supportive and inclusive space where students can move, breathe, and connect with themselves in an authentic and empowering way.
