A BIT ABOUT MYSELF

I am a dedicated yogi who began my yoga journey in 2011 and rediscovered my passion for the practice in 2014 while living in New York. I completed my initial 200-hour teacher training in Dublin in 2018 and have since pursued advanced studies, including a 300-hour training in Himalayan Kundalini Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. I emphasize a holistic approach to yoga, integrating asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra, and meditation into my classes. I am committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore and deepen their practice.
My dedication to Human and Women's Rights informs my approach, as I believe that yoga and meditation are powerful tools for fostering inner peace and contributing to a more harmonious world. My classes are designed to help students cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and a sense of well-being, both on and off the mat.
