A BIT ABOUT MYSELF

Hi, I’m Niamh. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018, but my journey began in 2011 and truly reignited while living in New York in 2014. Yoga has helped me connect more deeply with myself, and it’s a joy to guide others in doing the same.
My classes are welcoming and accessible, I teach in a way which is emotionally intelligent but direct, disciplined but playful, logical but humorous by gently weaving of yoga philosophy to support svādhyāya, the practice of self-study and inner reflection. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and explore the deeper layers of who they are.
One of the most special parts of my week is teaching beach yoga on Killiney Beach. What began during the quiet of the pandemic in 2021 has grown into a vibrant weekly community class filled with fresh air, connection, and joy.
I also teach weekly public classes at
The Space Between Studio on Tuesdays at 7:15am
Yoga Dublin Rathmines on Thursdays at 6pm and 7:15pm
Beyond regular classes, I offer seasonal retreats and workshops that allow for deeper exploration. Past workshops have focused on the chakras, the subtle energy centres within the body, and kriyā yoga, a path of disciplined practice that integrates movement, breath, and meditation to support transformation. Since 2023, I’ve guided over seventy retreat participants through moments of rest and renewal, and I’m excited to expand internationally in 2026.
Outside of yoga, I work with a humanitarian organization and am deeply passionate about human rights and social justice. The principle of seva, or selfless service, is central to my teaching. I run annual charity yoga classes and strive to create spaces that feel peaceful, inclusive, and heart-led.
If you’re curious about joining a class, workshop, or retreat, I’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out anytime.
