A BIT ABOUT MYSELF

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am an avid yogi! I first started practicing yoga in 2011 but rediscovered my love for it in 2014 while living and working in New York. Yoga allowed me to switch off from the hustle and bustle that was New York and come back to myself. After two years of traveling and working abroad, I returned home to the Ireland and completed my 200hr Training under the guidance of Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy at The Art of Teaching in 2018. Since 2018 I have completed a number of CPD courses in; Meditation, Pranayama, and Mantra and further study in Pre and Post-natal Yoga under the guidance of Lou Horgan. I have recently returned from Rishikesh, India where I completed my advanced  300hr yoga training in Himalayan Kundalini Kriya Yoga with Sattva Yoga Academy. 

I have an invested interest in Human and Women's Rights. I am passionate about making the world a more peaceful place, and feel that yoga and meditation are important factors in achieving that goal!

My classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and should be conditioned together. Each class will focus on all aspects of yoga asana, kriya, pranayama, mantra and meditation. Join me for some Hatha, Vinyasa, and pre-natal Classes!
